Kevin Brady Performs at Magy's Farm

The Kevin Brady Project - Plan B, came to Magy’s Farm on Sunday 28 November and brought the house down. The magical experience effortlessly captivated the audience by truly wonderful original composition, rock-steady drums and bass throughout by Kevin on drums and Dave Redmond bass, while Bill Carrothers on Fender Rhodes lit the room with an energy that was as assured as it was technical, as adventurous as it was passionate.

Seamus Blake, out front on tenor saxophone, demonstrated why us considered to be one of the most complete players in the planet with his improvisations that built from small motifs, crafted harmonically and rhythmically, with his warmth as a person transferring not just to the music they were creating, but the listeners who were transfixed.
